BRAZILIAN CARROT CAKE







Ingredients:
4 eggs
200 g grated carrot
150 ml canola oil or other oil
100 ml of milk
1 / 2 spoon (coffee) salt
320 g sugar
240 g wheat flour
1 spoon (dessert) from yeast chemical cinnamon powder, cardamom, cloves to taste


Preparation: - Blend in blender carrots, eggs, oil, milk and salt. - After mixing well beaten with the flour, baking powder, spices and sugar. - Assar coated in the form of 180 + / - 40min.

Syrup: - Mix 1 can of condensed milk with three tablespoon of cocoa powder and light the fire, stirring continuously, until starting to drop from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, mix 200g of cream of milk and 50 g of semi-bitter chocolate, cut into pieces. Cover the cake and decorate with cocoa powder.
